Thanks to special funding, for over two years Crossroads has been providing housing solutions through two programs: The Renewal Program, working specifically with women and children, and Angels Over Atlanta, focusing on permanent supportive housing for men with mental and/or physical disabilities.

Through lessons learned, Crossroads knows that simply placing women earning minimum wage into affordable housing is not the complete solution. In the absence of living-wage income, the women and their families will forever struggle. Crossroads’ overall definition of success is that each woman is able to sustain her housing, living-wage employment and overall wellbeing for one year.
Currently all housing is private apartments. Crossroads does not currently utilize HUD funding to support its housing solutions for women and children.
